Breathe withgrace - 5 week Mindful Meditation club

With all that is going on in our lives, we often forget to simply breathe. 

Meditation is the act of clearing your mind from the day-to-day clutter and quieting your thoughts by focusing on one thing for a deliberate period of stillness.

 This 5-week beginners guide to MINDFULNESS MEDITATION will help you understand what exactly meditation and mindfulness are and create a regular practice for you to incorporate into your everyday.

Cost is $150 for 5 week course & booking essential as limited places

Bonus gifts:

– one on one holistic guidance session with me

– private facebook group to share experiences

– 2 x 15 minute phone calls during the course 

We'll have tea on arrival and all cushions and mats will be provided. I suggest that you bring comfy clothes to change into and perhaps a blanket for your shoulders.
