Meditation is the act of clearing your mind from the day-to-day clutter and quieting your thoughts by focusing on one thing for a deliberate period of stillness.

With all that is going on in our lives, we often forget to simply breathe. 

 This 6-week beginners guide to MINDFULNESS MEDITATION will help you understand what exactly meditation and mindfulness are and create a regular practice for you to incorporate into your everyday.

Cost is $150 for 6 week course & booking essential as limited to 6 places
